Basketball and Ministry Scholarships

This is one of the simplest ways to help our youth. We believe the best way for our initiatives to be successful is for the community to actively get involved. This is an easy and efficient way of contributing to the great work we do at The Tarmac Foundation.

Basketball and Ministry Scholarships

This is one of the simplest ways to help our youth. We believe the best way for our initiatives to be successful is for the community to actively get involved. This is an easy and efficient way of contributing to the great work we do at The Tarmac Foundation.
In 2023 The Tarmac Foundation secured funding to erect a new outdoor basketball court in the South Rwenzori Diocese, Uganda, Africa. These courts will provide a venue to minister to the youth and be a conduit to Christ. The cost of each outdoor court is $10,000. Our goal is to eventually provide a total of three courts from which individuals in Uganda can practice basketball while also learning about Christ. These courts will be at various archdeaconry locations and will allow for approximately 86 parishes to potentially reach approximately 600 congregations through the structure and concepts that Tarmac Basketball embodies and provide a foundation in Christ.
